Terms & conditions

Each Circle E Auction sale is conducted under the terms announced with that sale and on its sale bill. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.

Bidding

Equipment and other lots are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspection days are announced with each sale; please look before you bid.
The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and removal terms are stated with each auction.
Real estate is sold subject to the terms announced for that property, including earnest money and closing requirements.

Pick-up and hauling

Purchases are located at the sale site stated on the sale bill (our lot is at 1551 14000 Rd, Altamont, KS 67330). Loading and hauling are the buyer’s responsibility; removal deadlines are announced with each sale.
